Freeze or Fry is the MOST anticipated meet of the season - our one and only OUTDOOR competition, open to swimmers in C3-5.
*This meet is OPTIONAL for swimmers attending Provincial Trials the following weekend
Freeze or Fry will be the final meet of the season for our C3, C4 and C5 swimmers who are not qualified for summer Provincial Trials / Championships.

Scratch / cancellation deadline is (W) May 27 @ 12:00 PM

Where: Red Deer Recreation Centre, 47A Avenue Red Deer
Session Info:
- (F) Session 1 400 Free ONLY - Warm up 5:15 PM / Start 6:05 PM
- (Sa) Session 2 - Warm up 7:30 AM / Start 8:35 AM
- (Sa) Session 3 - Warm up 2:00 PM / Start 3:05 PM
- (Su) Session 4 - Warm up 7:30 AM / Start 8:35 AM
- (Su) Session 5 - Warm up 2:00 PM / Start 3:05 PM
Entry Fees:
- $15 per individual event (5 max + BONUS 400 free for those eligible)
- Coach costs / Meet Management fee will be shared among all those attending, to a maximum of 1/6th of the total costs
- TBC - approximately $110 with 6 swimmers attending; less if more swimmers attend!
- Total cost (estimate) $185 per swimmer ($200 if swimming 5 events + 400 Free)
